Job Context:
∎ Company Introduction: Octagon Consumer Limited, renowned home appliances sales and marketing company with its famous brand "Caribbean" has established at era 2016. Recently Octagon is going to start joint co-operation with Huichu home appliance industry and. The new joint venture company name is "OCTAGON-HUICHU HOME APPLIANCES INDUSTRY LIMITED". Huichu is one leading manufacturing industry in Zhongshan, China. Now both companies are searching some dedicated employees for the under following posts who wants to take challenges and proof themselves.
∎ Key Points: Must be able to maintain ledger against salary, expenditure, bills, purchases, daily petty cash and bank transactions including correctness of financial transactions. Must have experience in using software.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have working experience of finance department independently in related sector.
∎ Be able to prepare financial statements, reports and documents monthly & quarterly.
∎ Be able to maintain ledger against every transaction and payments of the company.
∎ Support internal and external audit
∎ Must have experience of using all kinds of financial related software.
∎ Must be capable to work independently with Banks on loan issue
∎ Be able to prepare VAT, AIT, Tax Documents & submit regularly
∎ Must have ability to write and speak fluently in English
∎ Must have ability to submit company return in scheduled discipline
∎ Leadership skill to manage subordinate.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 47 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Finance & Bank Operation, Export Import Through LC, Accountant
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading Company, any home appliances manufacturing industry
∎ Applicant must be trust worthy and reliable
∎ Must have good computer skills required for accounting works
Salary: Negotiable
