∎ Diploma/Graduation from any renowned institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Discipline and leadership in attendance.
∎ Prepare planning about daily production target job.
∎ Receive the production requirement, plan and oversee the production works of particular shift accordingly.
∎ Assign the duty to workers and supervisor as per the production plan.
∎ To ensure all the products are produces in RIGHT QUALITY & DELIVERED on time.
∎ To ensure that proper working conditions & compliance requirement at work place are maintained.
∎ To prepare & to submit necessary reports required by the management.
∎ Monitor every aspect of production to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards
∎ Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production report with proper record keeping.
∎ Ensure maximum utilization of manpower, machine, materials etc.
∎ Any other tasks assign by the Management.
∎ Follow the working guideline of Management.
∎ Problem sorting and solving ability.

Salary: Negotiable
