∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Banking
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure total works of accounts & finance department.
∎ GL scrutiny, reconciliation & reporting for Inventory.
∎ Accounting entry in the software, preparation of Financial Statements.
∎ Regularities of Tax & VAT in a factory with head office consultation.
∎ Maintain Bank-related works applicable for VAT & Tax purposes.
∎ Prepare Monthly sales reconciliation.
∎ Relevant records to ensure compliance With VAT and Tax issues.
∎ To ensure appropriate Deduction of TDS/VDS from Different parties as per Ordinance' RuleJAct/SRO.
∎ Precise application of TDS & VDS as per prevailing laws and regulations.
∎ Taxes & SD Calculations and Landed Cost Sheet Preparation.
∎ All types of license renewal and registration are on time.
∎ To perform any job assigned by the management.
∎ Prepare and maintain reports on billing and receivables.
∎ Utilize ERP systems to manage financial transactions and data efficiently.
∎ Excel expert: Proficient in creating and maintaining complex spreadsheets for financial analysis and reporting.
∎ Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
∎ Prepare and analyze balance sheets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
∎ Manage payment ageing, monitor outstanding invoices, and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between financial and operational processes.
∎ Have to know the operation of ERP software or accounting software.
∎ Documentation and filling.
