Responsibilities & Context:
∎ IT knowledge (Printer, Scanner, Computer Problem solving, and good knowledge of email).
∎ HR and Payroll (Time Attendance Software) Maintain.
∎ Secretarial Functions (Official Letter Writing, File Management, Office Tasks, etc.)Documentation, File Scanning, Data Managing on the system (RAMS-Management Software, Excel & Word)Computer trouble sorting like Windows setup, Data recovery etc.
∎ Report from time to time to the team leader for complicated issues computer and software-related.
∎ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Team collaboration and documentation skills.Any other task assigned by the management.
