Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA in Accounting from any reputed public university.
∎ Certification of CA, ACCA will have advantage.
∎ (Qualified Professional Accountant will get preferences)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting and Finance, Accounts and audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Finance & Accounts department
∎ Manage Month and Year End Accounting Process
∎ Preparation of monthly and yearly financial statements
∎ Maintaining rolling cash flow projection and review bank reconciliation
∎ Optimizing Business Process (SOP) to improve overall performance
∎ Review cost performance and optimize direct and operating cost
∎ Analyzing and inspecting organization's current practices and conduct improvement where required
∎ Maintaining all books of accounts as required by the standard and relevant acts
∎ Establishing and developing relations with other management and external partners and stakeholders.
∎ Mentoring the team giving proper guidance and support to maximize output
∎ Construct and monitor reliable control systems
∎ Ensure the compliance of company's all policies-procedures and relevant rules-regulations
∎ Managing TAX and VAT related work
∎ Submitting management report in time as and when required
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Accounts and Finance (Garments/Textile)
∎ Should have a very good command of English both written and verbal.
∎ Experience with Vat / Tax will be preferred. Accounts, Finance, Internal Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ Responsible for providing accurate and fully compliant financial information to the public, banking partners, external auditors and other external agencies as required

Salary: Negotiable
