Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain financial records, including the Bank Book, General Ledger Book, and Party Ledger Book.
∎ Record and validate accounting vouchers (e.g., JV, CRV, BRV, CPV, BPV) through accurate coding and posting in accounting software.
∎ Prepare bank reconciliation statements for management review.
∎ Assist in month-end and year-end financial reconciliation.
∎ Prepare cash flow statements and support management with financial analysis.
∎ Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
∎ Follow up on vendor payments and employee payment requests.
∎ Prepare and check bills submitted by vendors.
∎ Assist auditors in preparing the company’s audited financial statements.
∎ Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and security of all financial documents.
∎ Incorporate and implement accounting software for efficient financial operations. Coordinate with banks for payment instructions and other financial operations. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial queries.
