Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate should be in commerce background.
∎ Prepare vouchers for financial transactions with proper supporting documents.
∎ Preparation of Bank Reconciliation statements and take required step to ensure the deposit and collection
∎ of cheque.
∎ Must have Desire and interest to Learn the documents related to the Import-Export, Bill of Entry, Bill of Export & LC.
∎ Must have experience in operate computer application Software, MS Word, MS Excel & Internet Application.
∎ Maintain confidentiality of information and documents.
∎ To check and verify all sorts & requisition Bill Voucher etc.
∎ To prepare monthly & yearly Receipt Payment Accounts.
∎ Should show proper etiquette towards subordinates and higher authorities.
