Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Candidate should be from commerce background.
∎ Prepare vouchers for financial transactions with proper supporting documents.
∎ Preparation of Bank Reconciliation statements and receipts & payments statements.
∎ Take required step to ensure the deposit and collection of cheque.
∎ Maintain cash books, bill registers, ledger & different registers related to accounts and finance.
∎ Must have experience in operating computer application Software, MS Word, MS Excel & Internet Application.
∎ Maintain confidentiality of information and documents.
∎ To check and verify all sorts & requisition Bill Voucher etc.
∎ Candidate should be from commerce background.
