Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-graduation in Accounting/Finance from any reputed University.
∎ Candidates must have 1st Class/ division in all academic examinations with GPA of at least 4.00 out of 5.00 in SSC and HSC and at least 3.00 out of 4.00 in graduation (Hons) and master’s degree.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle accounts payable (Expenses claims reimbursement, preparation of payment vouchers and cheques and giro payment)
∎ Keying supplier invoices and reconciliation of suppliers’ statement of accounts.
∎ Handle accounts receivable (Allocation of receipts and update of debtors aging)
∎ Prepare customer statement of accounts and calling of trade debtors
∎ Generate inventory count sheets and investigate on stock ledger if there is discrepancy
∎ Filing of documents
∎ Handle petty cash
∎ Assist in Billing
∎ Assist the Management in other financial and management reports
∎ Monitor weekly cash-flow
∎ Ensure transactions are recorded, verified, and accounted accurately
∎ Any other related duties as assigned
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience preferably in chemicals/FMCG/Pharmaceutical/ Garments/Textile company.
∎ Excellent communication skills - using language with precision, easily presenting arguments and synthesizing reports. Fluent in English
∎ Strong analytical and organizational skills, highly systematic personality
∎ Good Interpersonal skill for maintaining relationship.
∎ Firm commitment for a long-term cooperation.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft office. QuickBooks or ERP exposure is added advantage.
∎ Digitally proficient and MS Office Application (Words, Excel & PowerPoint)
