Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1.Accurately enter financial transactions into accounting software and maintain updated records.
∎ 2.Organize and file financial documents, invoices, and receipts for easy retrieval.
∎ 3. preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
∎ 4.Provide data and reports to managements as required.
∎ 5.Prepare documentation and assist in both internal and external audits.
∎ 6.Ensure that all required documents and records are available for audit purposes.
∎ 7.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting documentation and procedures.
∎ 8.Collaborate with colleagues in the finance department to achieve common goals.
∎ 9.Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders professionally and effectively.
∎ 10.Stay updated on accounting best practices and industry trends.
∎ 11.Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
∎ 11.A.Preparing salary and expanse bill.
∎ 12.As Admin officer maintain employees data,arrange interview, prepare agreements,maintian and manage meeting schedule etc..

Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
