Job Context:
∎ Chantilly is an exclusive artisanal label, that focuses on producing haute couture items. We are looking for an experienced Accountant (VAT/TAX) for our company. We are expecting some one with excellent interpersonal skills to cater to every need of the company.
∎ Job Location: Vatara, Natun Bazar, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to prepare & interpret financial statements according to Company Law & other Corporate Laws
∎ Notes to the Accounts
∎ Ratio Analysis and Variance analysis & interpretation
∎ Advising and assisting in preparation and maintenance of books of accounts i.e. ledger, cash book, vouchers etc.
∎ Assisting in preparation of Financial Statements with compliance to applicable rules and regulation and general procedure
∎ Preparation of detailed audit plan, program and methodology of accounting and auditing services
∎ Assessment and evaluation of internal control system
∎ Review of budget and expenditure, Payroll
∎ Examining the books of accounts and returns in supported by sufficient and relevant evidence,
∎ Examining inventory records with physical stock count and Fixed Assets Accounts and register with physical verification
∎ Preparation and finalization of audit and investigation report on Financial Statements along with analyzing financial indicators and issuance of Management report
∎ preparation of financial statements in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations and other general procedure
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years of proven experience in any renowned company on relevant position.
∎ In-depth knowledge in accounting, financing, and auditing.
∎ Capable to work under pressure
∎ Good report and analytical skills
∎ Must be proactive and energetic
∎ Maintain inventory records
∎ Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
∎ Good command on English communication (written and speaking)
