Job Responsibilities:
∎ Chantilly is an exclusive artisanal label, that focuses on producing haute couture items. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager/Asst. Sales Manager for our Banani outlet. We are expecting someone with excellent interpersonal skills to cater to every need of our customers.
∎
∎ Greet and engage with customers.
∎ Dedicated enough to reach sales targets.
∎ Maintaining financial records daily.
∎ Lead, instruct and coordinate team members to manage the store.
∎ Coordinate with the production team for ordering purposes.
∎ Keep up to date with industry trends.
∎ Create strategic planning for communicating with customer to enhance footfall and achieve sales target along with the team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in any renowned Showroom/Outlet or any sales & marketing department of any renowned company.
∎ Team management ability
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience.
∎ Must be proactive and energetic
∎ Be able to strategically handle complaints/objections
∎ Maintain inventory records
∎ Actively seek out new and continuous sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
∎ Must have excellent presentation skills.
∎ Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is a must.
