Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Finance
∎ Must be CA-CC or CA partly qualified.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all accounts related books and documents (Cash book, Ledger, Cheque register, Stock register, Salary register, fixed assets register, Bank Reconciliation etc.).
∎ Prepared and recorded regular receipts and payment vouchers.
∎ Prepare monthly receipts and payment.
∎ Prepare TAX & VAT related documents.
∎ Check and monitor financial activities, transactions and expenditures.
∎ Fulfill the necessary data and cash collection from the collection team, also maintain the data on an automated daily basis.
∎ Must have knowledge of software-based accounting at garments & textile industry i.e Proficiency in Accounting Software (Tally)
∎ Sourcing and procuring of all raw materials as per requirement of garments sector.
∎ Ensuring the quality & quantity of the materials purchased from the vendors or suppliers
∎ Collecting delivery challan, VAT challan and file management of those records in the system (software) and manually.
∎ Any other duties & responsibilities assigned by Finance Manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Skills Required: Financial Audit
∎ Minimum 2-3 years' experience in garments sector.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Balance Sheet, Bank Reconciliation, Key Account Management, Petty Cash management, VAT and Tax.
∎ Accounting, Banking, Tax (VAT & Income Tax)
∎ Expert knowledge in MS Excel, Word, Pivot Table, and any accounting ERP software.
∎ Capable to handle multiple tasks & able to work under pressure.
