Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparing financial statements, reports, and summaries for management.Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting for a specific division or entity within the group.Prepare, Maintain, and enter bank-related transactions.Ensure timely Data Entry in the Electronic Accounting System.Prepare all kinds of vouchers and maintain the Cheque Register.Preparing Bank Reconciliation.Check daily expenditures, vouchers, Requisitions, and daily transactions.Maintain all account books/registers/ledgers etc.Prepare account reports that are Income statements, Balance sheets, Cash flow & other necessary statements -(monthly half-yearly as well as yearly)Budgeting: Assisting in the creation and management of the restaurant's budget.Expense Tracking: Monitor and record all financial transactions, including expenses and income.Payroll Management: Overseeing payroll processes, including employee salaries, benefits, and tax withholdings.Accounts Payable/Receivable: Managing accounts payable (bills and invoices) and accounts receivable (customer payments).Inventory Management: Tracking inventory costs and ensuring accurate financial records of stock levels.Financial Analysis: Analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.Vendor Relations: Handling financial negotiations and payments with suppliers and vendors.
