∎ Age at most 30 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger.
∎ Verification & posting of Daily Vouchers.
∎ Ensuring timely daily reporting.
∎ Communicating with project/site team regarding project cost management & vouchers and/or related documents submission.
∎ Dealing with Tally software & chart of accounts.
∎ Tax and VAT related documents preparation and arrange to submit to authority.
∎ Ensure proper administration/operations of company accounts, cash, and bank transactions, receivable management, reconciliation of Cash & Bank, trial balance etc.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements & report as per management requirement.
∎ Basic Administration Works.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
