• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• At least 1 year

• Age 22 to 30 years

• Experience working with agencies such as RSC.

• DIFE, Elevate, Primark, and government sectors (RHD, LGED, Railway, etc.) will be considered an advantage.

• Candidates must be responsible, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality engineering work.

• Perform structural analysis and design for bridges, high-rise buildings, industrial plants, telecom and power infrastructure as per BNBC 2020 and relevant international standards.

• Prepare detailed construction and shop drawings for execution.

• Prepare BOQ, rate analysis, bar bending schedules, and verify contractor bills.

• Conduct Detail Engineering Assessment (DEA) of bridges and multi-storey buildings following AASHTO, BNBC 2020, ACI, ASCE 31/41 and similar guidelines.

• Carry out structural safety audit and documentation for RMG, telecom, banking, and government facilities.

• Supervise construction and retrofitting projects and ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards.

• Develop work schedules, track progress, manage timelines, and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.

• Identify challenges on site and provide engineering solutions for timely execution.
