Experience:
Experience working with agencies such as RSC.
DIFE, Elevate, Primark, and government sectors (RHD, LGED, Railway, etc.) will be considered an advantage.
Candidates must be responsible, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality engineering work.
Perform structural analysis and design for bridges, high-rise buildings, industrial plants, telecom and power infrastructure as per BNBC 2020 and relevant international standards.
Prepare detailed construction and shop drawings for execution.
Prepare BOQ, rate analysis, bar bending schedules, and verify contractor bills.
Conduct Detail Engineering Assessment (DEA) of bridges and multi-storey buildings following AASHTO, BNBC 2020, ACI, ASCE 31/41 and similar guidelines.
Carry out structural safety audit and documentation for RMG, telecom, banking, and government facilities.
Supervise construction and retrofitting projects and ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards.
Develop work schedules, track progress, manage timelines, and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Identify challenges on site and provide engineering solutions for timely execution.
