Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check, verify & post all kinds of bills, vouchers in register manually & software.
∎ Prepare all kinds of accounts books/registers/ledgers, adjustment transaction & reconciliation.
∎ Prepare monthly, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Accounts etc.
∎ Maintaining daily transactions, collection, bank deposit and withdrawal issues.
∎ Record all types of transaction in the books of accounts.
∎ Support the management in arriving at profitability analysis.
∎ Any other duty/responsibilities assigned by the Authorities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience Requirements : At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting, Finance and Banking
∎ Additional Requirements: working experience with Manpower recruiting agencies will be given preference.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills both in English & Bangla.
∎ Microsoft Office software with intermediate MS Excel.
∎ Must have Tally Accounting Software, different Accounting/ERP based software Knowledge.
∎ Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance & Cost point experience.
∎ Should be highly proactive, self-motivated, committed and energetic.
∎ Should have strong interpersonal, analytical, leadership & negotiation skills.
∎ Must have a high level of honesty & integrity.
∎ Must be hardworking, and able to work under pressure.
