Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Accounting from any recognized university with no third division/class at any stage in academic career, CA (CC) will be added advantage. Minimum two years working experience in related field (Accounts). Working experience in NGOs/Government/Development organization will be considered as added advantage. The position will be based at Fatikchari, Chittagong.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for financial management of the project
∎ Maintain liaison with the PR
∎ Ensure maintenance of all books of accounts as per project need and agreement at both central and field level and other related register/books i.e asset register, stock register, salary register etc.
∎ Prepare financial report and financial statement as required by the PR
∎ Organize/coordinate procurement and logistic issues
∎ Track and monitor expenditures of activities at field level
∎ Review all monthly expenditure and provide feedback to Project Manager/Upazila Manager/Program Organizer and supervisor
∎ Prepare fund request statement as agreement
∎ Support/cooperate PRs internal audit, external audit, financial monitoring, visit by LFA and or other authority
∎ Any other activities and report as required by the PR, LFA or GFATM
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Adequate knowledge on MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
∎ Knowledge on accounting software will be considered as an added advantage.
Salary: Tk. 30640 (Monthly)
