∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in accounting, finance or related majors, Bachelor of Commerce (Pass) in accounting, finance or related majors
∎ Skills Required: Computer Operating, Microsoft word and excel

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting, All kinds of Garments Accessoires, finance or related area, Garments Trims and Accessories, Packaging and Printing, printing and packaging
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Garments, Garments Accessories, Packaging Industry, Trading or Export/Import

Job Context:
∎ 1. Manage the company’s bank accounts.
∎ 2. Be responsible for account opening and closing.
∎ 3. Be responsible for the contact with the bank.
∎ 4. Keep the petty cash according to company policy, check the cash on the daily basis, ensure the account is consistent with the actual.
∎ 5. Carefully review the original vouchers of all kinds of reimbursement and expenditure.
∎ 6. To prepare vouchers, general ledger, trial balance and Financial Statement.
∎ 7. To prepare Monthly report, Bank Reconciliation Statement, Purchase Register, Sales Register, Fixed Assets Register and relevant Schedules.
∎ 8. To calculate deductible tax at source amount against invoices of the suppliers and service providers of the company.
∎ 9. To prepare & deposit Treasury Challan for tax deducted at source to the Govt. Treasury.
∎ 10. To collect the treasury challans from Bangladesh Bank/Sonali Bank.
∎ 11. To prepare and issue certificate against deduction of tax at source to the suppliers/service providers, as required.
∎ 12. To collect treasury challan along with certificate against deduction of income tax at source by the customers from the payment to the company.
∎ 13. To assist in preparation and submission of Income Tax Return to the tax authority in accordance with Income Tax Ordinance, 1984 under Normal assessment mode.
∎ 14. To prepare and submit monthly Statement of Tax Deducted from salaries to Income Tax Authority, in accordance with Rule 21 of Income Tax Rules 1984.
∎ 15. To prepare and submit the Annual Summary of share capital and list of shareholders, director of the company (Schedule-X), audited financial statements to the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms of Bangladesh (RJSCF) and to obtain certified copy of Schedule from the RJSCF.
∎ 16. Preparation of the VAT return (Mushak 9.1) along with all supporting documents.
∎ 17. Submission of the VAT return on a monthly basis to the concerned VAT authority.
∎ 18. Examine all VAT records prescribed by VAT rules like VDS deduction and other works.
∎ 19. Preparation and providing of the VDS certificate (Mushak 6.6) in prescribed from against deduction of VAT at source when required.
∎ 20. Preparation and submission of treasury challan against VAT deduction at source.
∎ 21. Preparation and submission of quarterly FDI Return (Form 1) to Bangladesh bank through Commercial Bank in the prescribed format along with quarterly financial statements.
∎ 22. Renewal of Trade License.
∎ 23. Renewal of IRC.
∎ 24. Renewal of ERC.
∎ 25. Renewal of DCCI Membership.
∎ 26. Renewal of Work Permit for foreigners.
∎ 27. Other jobs assigned by the management.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ A Multinational Garments Accessories Company is looking for a cashier
∎ Probation period 3 months
∎ Must be fluent in English speaking and writing

Salary:
