Job Responsibilities:
∎ Mainly focus on documentation- Import related work, LC/FTT procedure and Tender Documentation.
∎ Maintain cash & bank payment vouchers, Cash & Bank Book.
∎ Maintain and prepare necessary reconciliation between Cash and Bank Statement
∎ Prepare necessary reports (Weekly/Monthly and Yearly) specially Receipts and Payment Statement and Trial Balance.
∎ Main responsibility to ensure all import documents with vendor and client.
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly cash & bank reports
∎ Maintain and control petty cash and cheque book
∎ Maintain and store documents of Accounts, bank statements and correspondence with banks;
∎ Arrange payments strictly in accordance with accounting system.
∎ Maintain overall day to day functions of accounts department.
∎ Good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Words & PowerPoint and other related software.
∎ Must be capable mentally to work under pressure.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skill in English.
∎ Good Knowledge of Import related work and LC/FTT procedure will get preference.
∎ Computer Operating, Computer skill. Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator will add benefit.
