∎ Minimum BBA (major In Accounting) from a recognized university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Diagonstic center
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Excellent mathematical, multitasking, and computer skills (MS excel, power point).
∎ Billing, processing payments.
∎ Maintain accounts receivables and accounts payable with related analysis.
∎ Monitoring Cash Transaction & Cash Book.
∎ Candidate must check daily expenditures, vouchers, requisition and daily transactions.
∎ Entry all kinds of accounting adjustment, transactions in ERP/Tally Software.
∎ Prepare and maintain all the vouchers, requisition slips & bills.
∎ Reconcile the Bank Accounts daily basis.
∎ Applicant must be checked all transactions like receive voucher, payment voucher, Journal voucher maintaining by accounts software.
∎ Prepare monthly Bank reconciliation statement & also accounts reconciliation.
∎ Ensure bank related transactions, depositions and withdrawal.
∎ Able to work any other tasks are assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office.
∎ Familiar with accounting software.
