∎ • Candidates with CA (CC) or any relevant professional degree/certificate will get preferences;
∎ • Training in Financial Management will be treated as extra quality;

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Candidate should be in commerce background.
∎ • Prepare vouchers for financial transactions with proper supporting documents.
∎ • Maintain & prepare Double Column Cash Book & Ledger Book.
∎ • Preparation of Bank Reconciliation statements.
∎ • Running of the day-to-day financial requirements of the Organization from administrative to accounting/bookkeeping requirements Month end accounts reconciliation of Balance sheet items
∎ • Financial reporting and audit support
∎ • Ensure accuracy of Fixed Assets entry and depreciation
∎ • Must have experience in operate computer application Software, MS Word, MS Excel & Internet Application.
∎ • Maintain confidentiality of information and documents.
∎ • To check and verify all sorts & requisition Bill Voucher etc.
∎ • To prepare monthly & yearly Receipt Payment Accounts.
∎ • Should show proper etiquette towards subordinates and higher authorities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 40 years

∎ Business : Alokito Poth started back in 2016 with its limited resources contributed by the executive committee members to support physically challenged children with disability and autism through occupational therapy, speech & Language therapy and Physiotherapy. Since then, Alokito Poth has been serving children with disability and autism at free of cost to bring them back to normal life.
Titled project intends to support 102 parents, 51 children over the period of 12 months to have them access to therapeutic and education services including but not limited to: occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, physiotherapy, counseling and awareness education. Over the period, 51 physically challenged children will receive regular therapies; parents and caregivers to receive counseling and awareness education to mainstream their children.
