Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Fostering relationships with foreign companies of Telecom Aggregator (A2P Messaging and Voice).
∎ Establish and maintain strong business relationships with international carriers, aggregators, SMS hubs and resellers to grow and strengthen our bilateral route connectivity and clientele.
∎ Balance multiple projects and engagements at the same time and focus on the international company KPIs.
∎ Creation, maintenance and oversight of customer and partner accounts, maintain payment flows and collectibles, invoicing, negotiations.
∎ Must have knowledge of telecommunication industry and trends.
∎ International Customers and Vendor finding on messenger, social media and over phone.
∎ Conduct the International Telecommunication Market Survey to explore the area of opportunities.
∎ Explore the demand of the international customers and vendors to satisfy those by professional reactivity.
∎ Providing existing and potential international customers status feedback to management.
∎ Reporting daily received and appointed tasks to management.
∎ Work with Support Team to give perfect solutions to Customers and Vendors.
∎ Actively participating in all aspects on running telecom business.
∎ Willingness to work even in any National & Religious Holiday and willingness to work Long Hours.
∎ If your language proficiency in English is Excellent, you are encouraged to apply.
