Responsibilities & Context:
Manage day-to-day transactions and report to the Head of Finance & Accounts.
Ensure on time Month, Quarter, and Year End closing of Books of Accounts.
On-time reconciliation of Bank and Cash Related Accounts.
Contribute to the preparation of the Annual Budget and conduct periodic review meetings.
Manage all sources of funds and ensure the flow of funds as per the need of the business.
Follow up and ensure Supplier Payments and customer receipts.
Ensure on-time entry of transactions into the Accounting Software.
Contribute to developing different internal reporting formats and manage the update of the same.
Contribute to the preparation of different financial policies of the company.
Financial forecasting and planning.
Ensures monthly, periodic and year-end financial statements and management accounts of the company.
Ensures transparency in costing related matters to identify the real profit and improve processes.
Any other job assigned by the management/supervisor.
Monitor advance payments & whether they are settled within given timeline.
Validate all documents i.e., purchase invoices, sales invoices, challans & ensure they are received on a timely manner.
