Job Responsibilities:
∎ What you will be doing;
∎ Build long term customer relationships with a "consultative" sales approach
∎ Ensuring client operations run efficiently by coordinating with relevant internal stakeholders
∎ Work with the customer so that they successfully utilize the platform.
∎ Maintaining high customer satisfaction level at all times keeping with the company standards
∎ Establishing and maintaining good relationship with customers
∎ Up selling and cross selling features to customers
∎
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must Haves;
∎ 2+ years experience in sales / marketing
∎ Strong Digital marketing skills
∎ Excellent communication skills with a strong command in English
