Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Finance
∎ ITP, CA-CC, ACCA partly qualified will be given preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting Software, Tally ERP 9, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Taxation
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop appropriate vouchers for accounting and financial recordkeeping and maintain them as per the organization policy.
∎ Maintain daily cash book and record daily sales transactions and payment collections as per invoice generated by the sales and order management team.
∎ Maintain all business and operational expense transactions within the business and keep appropriate records and documentation.
∎ Generate a summary of accounts and cash reports for the management.
∎ Maintain all accounting books and prepare appropriate financial reports i.e. Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Trial Balance, Balance Sheets, etc. with regular intervals for management reporting.
∎ Prepare quarterly FDI report.
∎ Maintain good relationships with the banks perform bank account operational activities and keep records.
∎ Plan and execute suppliers' payments as per the procedure set by management and raise payment requests to the management.
∎ Maintain necessary legal documents for business and ensure regulatory compliance for all kinds of VAT and Tax return for company and personal, all Mushak, Corporate Invoice, Contract, Challan, etc.
∎ Any other task as per management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Applicant must have English communication skills and Accounts & Taxation knowledge.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 40000 (Monthly)
