Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
∎ BBA (Hons), MBA in Accounting/Finance/Management with minimum 02 years practical experience in NGO accounting.


Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To collect HR requisition from Programme Coordinator.
∎ To arrange written and Viva test for new candidate.
∎ To ensure Offer letter to newly recruited staff and Volunteers.
∎ To ensure office ID cards for staff and Volunteers.
∎ To ensure yearly staff appraisal by the support of Programme Coordinator.
∎ To maintain HR personnel file and for all staff and Volunteers.
∎ To update Personnel File with latest information.
∎ To manage leave and staff security for all the staff of the project.
∎ To prepare fund request letter to Respective donor agencies.
∎ To maintain petty cash.
∎ To maintain bank account with updated balance sheet.
∎ To Transfer staff salary and honorarium for Volunteers on timely manner.
∎ To assist finance manager and Programme Coordinator to enlist vendor.
∎ To assist Logistic officer in procurement issue.
∎ To prepare and submit Monthly financial report to WFP and Action Against Hunger on timely manner.
∎ Calculate applicable VAT/TAX, prepare, challan and Summary of Payment invoices
∎ To make vendor payment according to their agreements.
∎ To Assist Programme Coordinator to prepare any bilateral or multilateral office agreement with other parties.
∎ To submit quarterly, half yearly and Yearly reports SHED finance Manager according to prescribed format.
∎ To assist Programme Coordinator in Budget preparation, analysis and PP writing and any amendment.
∎ Ensure the incorporation of gender equity principles in all policies and activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Practical knowledge in Financial software and Advance Excel
∎ Practical Knowledge in salary calculation and disbursement.
∎ Good communication skills both in English & Bengali.
∎ English : Professional Written and Spoken for reporting.
∎ Knowledge on local dialects (Cox's Bazar region/ Rohingya dialect) is an asset.
∎ Good documentation skills.

Salary: Tk. 48000 (Monthly)
