• A 4-year undergraduate degree from a recognized university, with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 or 1st class.

• General Knowledge: 04 (Experienced in BCS written, preferable subjects: English, Social Sciences)

• Competitive Exam Participation: Participation in the BCS written exam is a must. 
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical ability and a solid understanding of recruitment tests in Bangladesh, with the capacity to apply critical thinking and problem-solving techniques to complex subjects.
• Writing Skills: Candidates with experience in freehand writing (e.g., academic essays, reports, publications) will be preferred. Familiarity with research writing is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research and develop comprehensive content for academic publications.
• Collaborate with the academic team and subject matter experts, review and revise drafts for accuracy, and meet project deadlines while adhering to ethical standards.
