We are seeking a skilled and creative 3D Visualizer to join our dynamic visualization team. The ideal candidate should have a strong aesthetic sense, technical proficiency in rendering software, and the ability to transform architectural and interior concepts into photorealistic visuals. You will collaborate closely with architects and designers to produce presentation-ready renders, animations, and concept illustrations for various ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop high-quality 3D visualizations and animations for architecture and interior design projects.

2. Collaborate with design teams to interpret sketches, CAD drawings, and conceptual inputs.

3. Create mood lighting, realistic materials, and detailed environments for both interior and exterior renders.

4. Prepare visual content for presentations, marketing, and client submissions.

5. Maintain an organized library of 3D models, textures, and materials.

6. Work within project deadlines and ensure consistent quality.

Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, D5, Twinmotion, Revit, V-Ray/Corona, Photoshop.
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, materials, lighting, and MEP layouts.
• Ability to prepare accurate drawings and high-quality visual outputs.

Soft Skills:
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Ability to interact professionally with clients and present design ideas clearly.

Experience Requirements:
• 1–3 years of relevant working experience.
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply if they have a strong portfolio
• Practical experience in architectural drafting and 3D visualization will be preferred.

Educational Requirements
• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
• Diploma in Architecture
• Diploma in Architecture / Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch).
• Diploma / B.Sc in Architecture, Interior Design, or any related discipline.
• Professional training on AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Corona, D5, Twinmotion, Revit etc. will be considered an added advantage.
