• Certifications or training in 3D pattern making or CAD software (e.g., Clo3D, Optitex) is highly desirable.

• Proven experience in 3D pattern making and CAD software (e.g., Clo3D, Optitex, or similar).

• Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric behavior, and fit analysis.

• Proficiency in both 2D and 3D sketching and visualization.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Create and develop accurate 3D patterns using industry-standard CAD software aligned with buyer requirements.

• Transform design concepts into detailed 3D digital samples and patterns.

• Conduct virtual test fittings and functional assessments to ensure garment performance and fit.

• Utilize strong knowledge of styling, fabric construction, and fit to produce precise 3D simulations.

• Perform virtual fit adjustments on 3D-scanned mannequins according to style, fabric type, and intended activity.

• Implement real-time updates and corrections through automated digital processes.

• Analyze process efficiency via time studies on 3D pattern and fitting modules.

• Design creative and technical 2D and 3D garment sketches.

• Compare virtual 3D fit results with physical garment fitting for continuous improvement.
