Experience:
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fashion Designing.
Certifications or training in 3D pattern making or CAD software (e.g., Clo3D, Optitex) is highly desirable.
Proven experience in 3D pattern making and CAD software (e.g., Clo3D, Optitex, or similar).
Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric behavior, and fit analysis.
Proficiency in both 2D and 3D sketching and visualization.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Create and develop accurate 3D patterns using industry-standard CAD software aligned with buyer requirements.
Transform design concepts into detailed 3D digital samples and patterns.
Conduct virtual test fittings and functional assessments to ensure garment performance and fit.
Utilize strong knowledge of styling, fabric construction, and fit to produce precise 3D simulations.
Perform virtual fit adjustments on 3D-scanned mannequins according to style, fabric type, and intended activity.
Implement real-time updates and corrections through automated digital processes.
Analyze process efficiency via time studies on 3D pattern and fitting modules.
Design creative and technical 2D and 3D garment sketches.
Compare virtual 3D fit results with physical garment fitting for continuous improvement.
