Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: Proven experience (3+ years) as a 3D Designer, ideally with a specific focus on event, exhibition, interior, or spatial design within the event management industry.
• Software Proficiency (Must-Have): Expertise in industry-standard 3D design software, such as:
  • 3D Modeling: Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, or similar (e.g., Blender, Rhino).
  • Rendering Engines: V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion, or other realistic rendering tools.
  • 2D Graphics: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for graphic integration and print-ready files.
  • Technical: AutoCAD for layouts and technical documentation.
• Design Principles: Strong understanding of space, form, composition, lighting, color theory, and an eye for detail.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create compelling, fully-realized event concepts from initial themes is a critical requirement.
• Soft Skills:

We specialize in bringing brand narratives to life through innovative exhibition stalls, large-scale event setups, corporate gatherings, and product launches. We are seeking a creative and technically proficient 3D Designer to join our dynamic team and help shape stunning visual concepts into tangible realities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize & Design: Transform client briefs, themes, and objectives into stunning, detailed 3D event concepts, including layouts, stage designs, exhibition booths, pop-up experiences, and decor elements.
• 3D Modeling & Visualization: Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D models and renders that showcase lighting, textures, and overall ambiance, bringing "life and emotion" into designs.
• Technical Drawings & Feasibility: Develop detailed technical drawings, plans, and specifications for the production and fabrication teams, ensuring designs are innovative yet practical and feasible within given space, budget, and logistical constraints.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the creative director, project managers, graphic designers, and production/fabrication teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with brand guidelines and project goals.
• Client Interaction: Participate in brainstorming sessions and client meetings to present design concepts, gather feedback, and iterate designs to meet and exceed expectations.
• On-site Support: Conduct site inspections and provide on-site support during build days and event setup to address any design-related issues or last-minute changes.
• Stay Informed: Continuously research and integrate the latest design trends, materials, and technologies in event and exhibition design (e.g., AR/VR elements) into your work.
