Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in 2D & 3D design, preferably in event activation, exhibition, or experiential marketing

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts (BFA) or relevant field (preferred but not mandatory with a strong portfolio)

• Strong portfolio showcasing creative 2D & 3D design work, especially event/stall/kiosk designs

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Strong understanding of materials, production, and execution feasibility

Good communication skills and the ability to understand client briefs effectively

Responsibilities & Context

BrandEdge Communication Ltd. is an emerging agency focused on event activations, branding, and experiential marketing. We are seeking a Creative 2D & 3D Designer who can bring ideas to life through impactful and execution-ready designs.

• Develop innovative design concepts for brand activations, events, and experiential campaigns

• Create 2D and high-quality 3D visualizations

• Convert client briefs into compelling visual presentations

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure design accuracy and execution feasibility

• Prepare production-ready design files with proper measurements and specifications

• Revise designs based on feedback and ensure client satisfaction

• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all projects

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines

 Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)

• Expertise in 3D software such as 3ds Max with V-Ray rendering

• Strong visualization and conceptual thinking ability

• Knowledge of event materials, fabrication, and production processes

• Attention to detail and design accuracy

• Time management and multitasking ability
