∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Furniture Sales, Sales Marketing experience

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales target
∎ To maintain relationship with the existing and new customers
∎ Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales target
∎ Regular collection monitoring and meeting the collection target maintaining less risk of dealer default.
∎ Responsible for Territory sales activities, regular market visits to the retailer and develop new area wise sales point (Distributor, Brand outlet, Retailers)
∎ To maintain relationship with the existing and new customers
∎ Responsible to submit daily, weekly, monthly sales report to immediate supervisor
∎ Submit market data and management report time to time
∎ Set sales target and monitor achievement to Executives/TSO through dealer wise sales allocation, and gap mitigation.
∎ Execute the company sales activities, plans and procedures
∎ Plan, arrange and execute promotional activities of all products and services
∎ Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
∎ Organizing regular field visits to prospective clients, demonstrating and presenting our work and establishing new businesses & products
∎ Working with the field marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies
∎ Collecting data from field for product and business development
∎ Explore new markets to increase sales figure
∎ Achieving category/SKU wise monthly sales and collection targets
∎ Ensure brand visibility through proper display across all outlets
∎ Ensure proactive efforts to resolve all customer issues and complaints
∎ Build and maintain excellent relationships with all Customers
∎ To take all measures to create potential market as well as new sales opportunities
∎ To prepare planning & execute accordingly to expand the market
∎ To analyze and adapting with new marketing policies
∎ Ensure order and sales collection through dealer.
∎ Establish continuous product and market analysis.
∎ Maintain accurate records (Sales, Stock, Data, Documents, Problems, etc.) & Share timely for take necessary Step.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to elicit confidence and build rapport.
∎ Be able to train & develop the junior Colleagues.
∎ Good communication skills (Both English & Bengali).
∎ Computer Skill (MS office, E-mail)
∎ Market Reading Capability & Decision-Making Ability.

Salary: Negotiable
