∎ MBA/BBA/ Honors /Master's degree in any discipline from Any Reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales target both quantity and value
∎ Monitor, coordinate TSO / SR and sending reports to Head of Sales.
∎ Ensure the arrangement and maintenance of the updated market and route wise party list
∎ Ensure realization of 100% receivables/credit related to primary sales.
∎ Monitor the activities of the Distributors and sending reports to Head of Sales.
∎ Visit and ensure the productivity of the respective area.
∎ Implement the Company Objectives in the market.
∎ Monitor and guide the activities of Depots (company owned) if any.
∎ Ensure merchandising at the outlets (Retail & Wholesale) in his region
∎ Motivate the Sales Forces for achieving 100% target.
∎ Train the sales forces regarding product Knowledge and professional Skill development.
∎ Sales administrative activities in collaboration with line management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Working in Marketing and Sales department of Electrical Accessories industries (Switch, Socket, Ceiling Fan, Led lights, Circuit Breaker, Exhaust Fans etc.)

Salary: Negotiable
