Retail showroom operations
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly sales target of all Branches of assigned zone.
∎ Ensure total Area sales target achievement. Monitor Lead Collection and Conversion.
∎ Monitor Attendance, Leave, Roaster & Lead Management, give proper guidelines to Branch Head.
∎ Conduct physical inventory counting at a regular basis.
∎ Monitor the credit outstanding and collection of B2B.
∎ Inventory counting, DCS Checking & Analyzing other issues of risky branches.
∎ Conduct market survey, monitor competitor’s activities time to time.
∎ Escalate License related compliance issues to sales administration dept. to resolve.
∎ Monitor the quality of support activities guidelines provided by the Head Office.
∎ To meet the Landlord of Shop or Outside stores to solve the problems, in case of requirement
∎ Submission branch visiting Report to the higher management in a prescribed format.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Experience in retail electronics showroom is preferable.
