Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/Honors in any discipline. MBA in Marketing will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and execute sales strategy considering the current market trend, consumer behavior and annual business plan for the demarcated segment as well as individual sales personnel.
∎ Manage and monitor route planning of team members.
∎ Develop and achieve sales target based on territories and also manage credit recovery.
∎ Identify and develop potential market, dealer, distributor etc. based on assigned target.
∎ Meet the company revenue and profit target with proper planning and execution.
∎ Maintain strong liaison with all channel partners within the assigned region.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 8- 10 years' experience in Dairy/ Food/ Beverage/FMCG industries
∎ Excellent communication skills and mentoring ability
∎ Excellent team building and leadership skills
∎ Have ability to work under pressure

Salary: Negotiable
