Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and execute sales strategy considering the current market trend, consumer behavior and
∎ annual business plan
∎ Manage and monitor route planning of team members
∎ Develop and achieve sales target based on territories and also manage credit recovery
∎ Identify and develop potential market, dealer, distributor etc.
∎ Maintain strong liaison with all channel partners within the assigned zone

Additional Requirements:
∎ 8- 10 years' experience in Dairy/ Food/ Beverage/FMCG industries
∎ Excellent communication skills and mentoring ability
∎ Excellent team building and leadership skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure
