Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA from a reputed university with minimum 10 years of sales experience in FMCG industry
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive strategic initiatives within the zone to achieve sales goals (both primary & secondary).
∎ Implement key initiatives in Market Development, Distribution Expansion, and Sales Operations at the zonal level.
∎ Identify and address critical zone-related sales issues promptly, taking corrective actions or escalating as needed.
∎ Proactively bridge gaps of the sales team's performance to maintain business integrity.
∎ Promote the adoption of new products and enhance their market presence.
∎ Take swift actions against underperforming field staff.
∎ Conduct regular market audits to improve field employees' effectiveness.
∎ Undertake comprehensive field visits, engaging with both HO employees and distributors.
∎ Ensure commercial policies (Trade Offer, Retailer Trade Campaign, Distributor Incentive, etc.) of the company.
∎ Collaborate with superiors in the preparation of annual budgets and zone-specific business plans.
∎ Coordinate with Brand & Business Development and Market Operations to execute field sales activities effectively.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 36 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ MNC experience is an additional requirement for the role.
∎ Goal-oriented and results-driven individual.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office is a must.
