Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales target daily, weekly and monthly basis and submit all the reports in the superiors.
∎ Ensure SO (sales officer) availability as per Business plan.
∎ Consistently inspire, encourage both the distributors and Sales Officer to foster their growth and ensure their retention.
∎ Ensure team presence, market visit with team member by doing continuous monitoring.
∎ Ensure product availability to all outlets of responsible area/territory through the Sales Officers.
∎ Ensure on job training to the Sales Officers, so that it helps to achieve target.
∎ Maintain and develop trade relationship by ensuring visit at each and every outlet.
∎ Keep updated with the company activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 02 Year (s) in similar position (Territory Manager or Area Manager) in FMCG industry (Preferred food and drinks).
