Experience:
Candidate should have minimum 2 years experience as a TSM/TSO/ZSI in any reputed food & beverage manufacturing company.
Capable of driving numeric and weighted distribution growth through effective route coverage.
Experienced in sales forecasting, and ROI analysis for Zonal operations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with distributors and trade partners.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Pivot Tables, and digital reporting platforms (Sales Automation, HRIS, Sales Tracker)Willing to travel extensively across assigned territories.
Must have a valid driving license and readiness for frequent field visits.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, inspire, and supervise the Sales Officers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through data-driven monitoring and engagement.
Ensure timely and accurate product delivery from Depot to distributors, maintaining service excellence.
Expand market reach by identifying new opportunities, developing potential dealers, and strengthening partnerships in existing territories.
Drive sustainable performance by minimizing market returns, controlling damages, and optimizing distribution efficiency.
Act as a strategic problem-solver, resolving operational and customer-related challenges to ensure smooth field execution.
Implement zonal growth strategies aligned with company objectives -focusing on profitability, market share, and long-term customer loyalty.
Foster a performance-driven culture by motivating and developing your sales team into future leaders.
