Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and guide the field forces under his assigned zone.
∎ Supplement the activities of field forces provide guidance to ensure proper stock , remittance ,documentation , promotional program, expansion of distribution reach and mobility of field sales team are the maximum level.
∎ Monitor competitors activities , promotional program & submit report to supervisor.
∎ Prepare Daily , Weekly , Monthly sale target & achievement plan & implement it properly.
∎ Implement all promotional trade offer under his assigned zone

Additional Requirements:
∎ Relevant experience in field sales in reputed tea marketing company .
∎ Good inter personal and liaison skills.
∎ Ability to work in challenging situation
∎ Good presentation and reporting Skill

Salary: Negotiable
