Experience:
- Minimum 10 years practical experiences in Micro finance field along with at least 3 years practical working experience as Regional/Zonal Manager.
Additional Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word & Excel).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Raiding a motorcycle & have a valid driving license.
- Honest, responsible, and confidential in handling tasks.
- Knowledge in Microfinance Automation Software is preferable.
Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking someone who is eligible to work under pressure with good skill in Microfinance.
H/She will be responsible for the overall implementation of the loan activities of the Zone.
H/She will be responsible for ensuring that all activities, financial transactions and accounting are being properly managed/implemented in all areas/branches of the zone under his responsibility.
H/She will supervise the loan activities of the branches under the zone, manage staff, and properly manage and review the loan disbursement and collection activities
Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh. (Especially Naogaon, Bogura, Joypurhat & Rajshahi)
Responsibilities:
- To prepare annual action plan and analysis.
- To analysis MIS report.
- Field survey to open new branch.
- To conduct training for building up the staff.
- Must have practical experience in making reports with funding and employee management experience.
- Must have clear ideas about MRA policies.
- Overall supervision of the branches of the respective region.
Job Other Benifits:
- Consolidated salary will be 50000/- taka.
After confirmation it will be 71700/- taka.
Salary is negotiable for candidates with higher experiences.
Provident Fund & Gratuity Fund, City allowance will be applicable after confirmation.
Festival bonus & Baisakhi Bonus as per service rule.
