• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• Age 30 to 40 years
• Only Male

• B.Sc in Civil from public university

• IEB membership is preferred

• Good knowledge of BNBC Code      

• Energetic, confident and proactive.    

• Excellent knowledge on International codes & standards.       

• Good communication and interpersonal skill (both written and verbal).        

• Should have expertise in Excel, MS Project·        

• Should be hardworking and Self-motivated. 

• To organize the project meeting.
• To supervise, coordinate & follow up project engineer
• Forwarding all kinds of bill before sending to H/O
• Frequently supervise & monitoring construction work to ensure quality to work by maintaining accuracy in respect of drawing design.
• Prepare the bills for contractors.
• Check all kinds of reports
• Check all types of estimate of project before sending H/O
• Prepare the daily, weekly & monthly work program to achieve the goal according to the master plan.
• To give support to Project In Charge & respective project and contractor to prepare weekly work program and review weekly work achievement
• To monitor that construction work has been going on as per work schedule
• Cost minimization of work by giving the attention to wastage management.
• To supervise full work (Structural/ finishing work etc)
• Attend monthly project operation meeting & training session
• To check QAD findings report and find out the solutions according this
• To maintain safety & security at all stage in the project
• Any other work assigned by the Management.
