Job Responsibilities:
∎ Major responsibilities of Zonal Coordinator (Microfinance) will be as follows:
∎ Ensure program planning, implementation and monitoring of RDRS microfinance program.
∎ Ensure smooth MF field program operation in his/her jurisdiction through regular field visit and share feedback, explore new ideas for developing better policy, system and procedures.
∎ Prepare annual budget in consultation with other Coordinators and to monitor the budget for effective utilization.
∎ Ensure regular supervision and monitoring of field program from branch to project unit level and provide essential support and guidance.
∎ Conduct staff performance assessment for annual increment, reward and if necessary take action for low performing staff.
∎ Extend cooperation to all colleagues (field and Dhaka office)
∎ Ensure on time submission of all kinds of reports to management and to external stakeholders.
∎ Maintain liaison with respective donor agencies.
∎ Assist in formulating and preparing microfinance policy, manuals as and when required and initiate steps to modify /amend the existing manuals.
∎ Oversee Regional Managers to achieve 100% financial sustainability of the respective program unit.
∎ Assist the national and international consultants, visitors and donors as per need of the microfinance program.
∎ Conduct time-to-time survey, program evaluation to measure Microfinance Program outcomes and impacts.
∎ Any other business /tasks as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 10 years working experience in Microfinance Program, among which 05 years at the same level.
∎ Computer Literacy: Sound Knowledge on Microsoft Office package.
∎ Report writing skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Good Communication and speaking skill in both English and Bengali.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 61000 - 117000 (Monthly)
∎ Monthly Salary: negotiable; and other benefits:As per organizational policy (Festival Bonus, Provident Fund, Gratuity, Mobile bill etc)

∎ Business : RDRS Bangladesh is a national development NGO works for rural development by empowering the rural poor in northwest Bangladesh. RDRS was formally established as the Bangladesh field programme of the Geneva-based Lutheran World Federation/Department for World Service (LWF/DWS) on 8 February 1972. Its development aim is to achieve sustainable increases in their living standards. With this aim, RDRS enables those who participate in its programme to gain the necessary skills, understanding, confidence, institutions and services; and ensure that the rural communities have the necessary economic, social and environmental resources. RDRS employees approximate 3,000 staff and works with a further approximately 3,000 volunteers and daily paid workers. The vast majority of staff are in field positions, with specialist sectoral and support units in Rangpur and Dhaka.
