Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc Engineer (Textile Engineering)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing Yarns (for sweater product) from Different mills from China, Bangladesh or any other country.
∎ Plan, organize and implement purchase to achieve targets of yarn supply at Factory.
∎ Must have sound knowledge about knitting materials.
∎ Supervision encompassing testing, quality, specification writing raw materials and new development and projects as needs from Design/PD.
∎ Need to lead raw material quality department (Yarn Inspection, testing and trims inspection).
∎ Assembly all possible challenges due to Yarn in production and day to day tasks.
∎ Monitoring in-housed yarn testing, inspection, knots, shade segregation, shrinkage & other issues arise during knitting. Make Commercial decisions from a technical perspective.
∎ Visit different yarn, raw materials suppliers to ensure quality & closely work with yarn supplier through merchandiser to settle down yarn and accessories claim issue. Analyzing yarn testing before knitting.
∎ Communicate regularly with Merchandiser to ensure prompt feedback to resolve related issues.
∎ Any other task provided by management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Good in English both in Written & Oral Skill.
∎ The candidate must be good at Sweater Product.
