Workshop In-Charge: The Workshop In-Charge / Engineer will be responsible for managing the vehicle workshop, including diagnostics, servicing, maintenance planning, and manpower supervision for both two-wheelers and four-wheelers used in courier operations.
Manage and supervise all workshop activities, including diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance of vehicles.
Coordinate with mechanics, technicians, and support staff to ensure timely service delivery.
Maintain records of service, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are strictly followed.
Monitor spare parts inventory and make requisitions as necessary.
Provide technical guidance and training to the workshop team.
