∎ Utilize workforce management tools and systems to forecast contact volumes, schedule staff, and monitor real-time performance.
∎ Analyze historical data and trends to develop accurate forecasts and staffing requirements.
∎ Create and maintain efficient schedules that meet business needs while maximizing employee satisfaction.
∎ Monitor adherence to schedules and manage exceptions effectively.
∎ Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
∎ Generate reports and provide insights to management on workforce performance and key metrics.
∎ Collaborate with HR, Operations, and other teams to address staffing needs and optimize resource allocation.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in workforce management.
∎ As a Workforce Management (WFM) Executive, you will be responsible for optimizing staffing levels, scheduling, and forecasting to ensure efficient operations and exceptional service delivery in our contact center. You will collaborate closely with various teams to analyze data, implement strategies, and continuously improve our workforce management processes.
