Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Computer, Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)
∎ It doesn't matter where you went to college or what your CGPA was as long as you are smart, passionate, ready to work hard and have fun.
∎ Training/Trade Course: PHP,WordPress,JavaScript
∎ Skills Required: MySQL, PHP, ReactJS, WordPress, Wordpress Plugin Development, wordpress theme development

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HTML, HTML5 & CSS3, PHP (OOP), WordPress, wordpress theme development

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Expert in front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, React/Angular/VueJS.
∎ Good knowledge of relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
∎ Ability to code, design, develop and test independently.
∎ Develop, design and manage word press website, landing page and other social media and search engine marketing contents.
∎ Assist our sales and marketing team with producing a wide range of graphics products.
∎ Very good understanding and proven experience in designing Social Media Marketing, Landing Page, Re-marketing, email Marketing, Digital Banner and Web Content. Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Office and Creative Suite applications namely Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design and Acrobat Professional.
∎ Understands SEO, social media, email marketing and online marketing.
∎ Extensive experience creating effective visual communication pieces for digital and print.
∎ WordPress theme, plugin, HTML, jQuery, JavaScript and CSS customization experience will be an added advantage.
∎ Maintain analytics tools and services, preferably Google Analytics.
∎ Perform R&D of web applications and propose best fit advanced technology
∎ Research,Analytical, Problem Solving, and Decision-Making Skills.
∎ Prepare online newsletters, promotional emails etc. and organize their distribution through various channels
∎ Other Marketing related tasks assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3+ Years experience with WordPress Plugins Development.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Content Developer, IT System Management, Programmer/ Software Engineer, Web Developer/ Web Designer
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Web Media/Blog, E-commerce
∎ Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP with bootstrap, etc. and problem-solving skills
∎ Must be experienced with WordPress CMS.
∎ Good knowledge of responsive web design and optimization based on Google webmaster tools.
∎ Solid understanding of WordPress Action/Hooks and its API's
∎ SEO qualifications are highly preferable.
∎ Site Inbound Links Analysis, Site Link Popularity Analysis, Link building, Site Content Analysis
∎ Candidates must have solid experience in SEO/Social Media/Internet Marketing.
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
∎ Must be proactive, self-motivated, able to work independently.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 20000 (Yearly)
∎ This is a full-time permanent job upon completion of the probation period.Salary Review: Yearly
