∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Observe all kinds of labor facilities including, house financing, foods, recreational and social facilities in all co-operative societies, and arrangement of health and hygiene maintenance.
∎ Post onboarding (after joining) facilitation to the associates on various clarifications they may have on general issues i.e., policies, regulations, disciplines, etc.
∎ Ensure the improvement of the work and standards of living of the associates and recommending for their welfare and benevolence.
∎ Provide advice to the respective authority for arranging training for the new associates, developing the standard of education of the associates, encouraging them to be enrolled in technical institutes, and helping them to receive approval for doing the same.
∎ Provide necessary things (PPE) and advice to the associates.
∎ Maintain contact with the medical officers and the authority of the factory to provide better treatment facilities to the associates.
∎ Take steps for the development of the associates-owner relationship.
∎ Ensure discussion between the representative of the associates and the owner party about the conditions of the service labor contract.
∎ Take steps rapidly for reconciliation in case of any disagreement between the owner and the workers.
∎ Ensure hearing the statements of the associates in order to remove the difference of opinions between the two parties.
∎ Help the associates to ensure leaves with salary facilities and inform the associates about all kinds of leaves and other relevant regulations.
∎ Maintain register and follow up on all documents related to welfare.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 45 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in garments industry

Salary: Negotiable
