∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
2 to 3 years experience in same position., worker welfare
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily floor visit to check housekeeping and compliance issues.
∎ Execute orientation and training programs for the workers.
∎ Make workers aware of Health, Hygiene and Safety issues.
∎ Handle grievance procedures properly.
∎ Regular counseling of workers.
∎ Maintain various registers and logs.
∎ Organize welfare committee meetings, WPC, Grievance meetings, preparing minutes and circulating.
∎ Ensuring proper both way flow of communication between workers and management.
∎ Make different kinds of reports.
∎ To get the grievance & complaints of workers with regard to their service conditions redressed as expeditiously as possible.
∎ To organize & supervise labor welfare work.
∎ To assist in the organization of Safety propagation, training courses, suggestion schemes, recreational facilities, individual personnel problems and education of workers children;
∎ Collect grievance of workers & bring it to the knowledge of Mgt.
∎ Regular Counseling on different topics
∎ Take care of workers, special care of pregnant & injured workers.
∎ Handle Welfare fund & emergency relief fund disbursement.
∎ Keep accountability of the blood donors, father-mother of the newborn baby and arrange a gift for them.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge about Buyer's Basic Code & Conduct
∎ Good command over Microsoft Office applications
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
∎ Adequate Knowledge on Bepza Instructions & Labour law
∎ Should have good typing speed both Bangla & English
